Previously, you could only export your unit and user lists from the account manager.  Many of our users have the need to download other data from their account, so we added the ability to export certain resource content in .csv format:

• geofences;

• jobs;

• notifications;

• drivers;

• report templates.

The new option will eliminate the need to manually copy the necessary information and help save time and effort. Now you can download the resource content by choosing the import/export option in your user menu (accessible by clicking on your user ID) and selecting  'Export to CSV'. 

Application example: Export the list of drivers with their names and phone numbers to be able to contact them fast without logging in to the system.  It also helps to retain HOS driver IDs and ibutton IDs.

Earlier, when exporting a report to file by the resource item (driver, trailer, geofence, etc.), there was no item name anywhere. 

Now, the exported report filename will contain not only the resource name but also the item (unit, group, or driver) name. Thus, when exporting several reports, their files now have different names. It allows choosing the right file without the need to open it.  This is available when you execute a report in the reports panel and choose the 'Export to File' to file button. 

On the Dashboard tab, we added new charts & tables with:

• information on consumed fuel (by Fuel Level Sensor) – the chart shows how much fuel was consumed over the past seven days, according to the Fuel Level Sensor*;

• information on speeding – the table displays information about the number of speeding incidents in different categories over the past seven days in accordance with the "Road limits" detection method.

*Note: Fuel Consumption data in this dashboard is only available for units with Fuel Level Sensors. Contact your Service Provider for more details. 

Previously, you could not configure which charts and tables are visible in the Dashboard view. Now users can decide which charts & tables they want to view, giving you more control over your data.  To select which blocks are visible, select the Dashboard settings menu () in the upper right corner and select the items you want to view.  You can also rearrange the order of the charts and tables by dragging and dropping the items in the order you want to see them.

We added the ability to display certain unit properties in reports.  For example, it might be important to add vehicle year, make, model & VIN to an upcoming maintenance report.  You can add the unit profile information to any report by opening the table properties and using the add calculator button.  Then click on the parenthesis (...) to view the list of parameters you can add to the report.

Fleetilla had a fulfilling year and here I'll summarize some of the most notable events and accomplishments from 2019. Between new product and feature releases, attending trade shows and conferences, community service, new hires, and moving to a new facility, I truly don't know how we managed, but somehow we made it to 2020 and we are excited for the new challenges and opportunities that await us. 

Mobile Workforce Management: FleetFACTZ Link is an app turns any android or iphone into a tracking device to allow employers to track time and location for mobile employees. The app also allows field workers to send and receive messages with dispatch, send photos, and send SOS for emergency situations. It's easy to use and free to download with a FleetFACTZ monthly subscription. 

Tracking Numbers: Time is of the essence, whether you are delivering a product or service, and providing information to customers to track the status of their order is of utmost importance for any business. The new tracking number feature allows Fleetilla customers to provide tracking information to their customers using a link or by integrating an HTML script into their website to create a shipment tracking portal.

FleetFACTZ Mobile App 2.0: Our FleetFACTZ mobile app got a face lift and some new features. The updated app is more user friendly with a better navigation experience. The new features, such as generating reports, enabling and disabling notifications, and added ringtone options for alerts make it more convenient to manage your fleet on the go. 

Dashboard Monitoring: We added the option to view the FleetFACTZ monitoring panel as a dashboard now, in addition to the list mode. The dashboard mode allows users to quickly identify exception conditions and take corrective action. Key fleet characteristics such as motion state, connection state, and mileage are displayed as easy to read charts and graphs. 

Customer Engagement Manager: In February I (Chrissie Narbut) came back to Fleetilla as the new Customer Engagement Manager. I was previously a Customer Support Agent at Fleetilla from 2012 - 2017. I took a short break to work in the Automotive Industry and I came back ready to hit the ground running. 

Vice President of Business Development: In August we welcomed Bob Keller to our team. Bob brings 30+ years of experience in the transportation industry, including 21 years as Vice President of Operations for one of the top 150 USPS highway transportation providers. 

Zoholics: Fleetilla made it to Austin, Texas to the Zoholics conference to help us learn ways to improve our productivity and customer service using our existing Zoho software. 

National Private Truck Council Annual Conference:  The NPTC is the largest annual gathering of private truck fleets in the industry. This gave us the opportunity to showcase our solution offerings and also learn more about the trailer tracking and logistics goals of private truck fleets. 

Tail Waggin Rescue Mission: We partnered with our local animal shelter, the Humane Society of Huron Valley, on a social media campaign and were able to donate $724 and helped get 1 dog adopted to his FUR-ever home! 

A2 Tech Trek: Once a year, the Ann Arbor tech community collaborates to showcase their latest innovations to the public at the A2 Tech Trek. Fleetilla has proudly participated in this event 2 years in a row and in 2019 we offered up our APIs for the hackathon which challenged teams of local developers to find an innovative solution to a problem facing our community.

ICUEE Demo Expo: The  International Construction and Utility Equipment Exposition is the #1 show for the utility and construction industries. We made it to Louisville, Kentucky to showcase our newest Asset Management solutions and how they increase asset visibility and profits. 

The Tech Forum: Our president and CEO, Pradeep Kumar, was a panelist speaker at the Tech Forum held at the University of Michigan on the Digitial Transformation of Logistics. The Tech Forum brings together industry leaders to present ideas and discuss trends on current topics in the field of technology and innovation. 

Fleetilla was profiled in a study on market trends, development, drivers, capacities, technologies, and the changing capital structure of the Global Fleet Management Software Market. We started out the new year in a new office with fresh ideas. We're still in Ann Arbor, Michigan which is a hub for technology and innovation, but we upgraded to an office that is better suited for our work flow. 

We are excited to partner with Geotab and expand our device and solution offerings with the GO9, GO Rugged, Flex, and Geotab ELD solution. You can also expect to see Fleetilla devices offered in the Geotab marketplace. 

In 2019 we announced our partnership with Polte to develop an asset tracking device with hybrid indoor/outdoor location capabilities. Our engineers are nearing the end stages of development and we expect to release the FL940 asset tracker with Polte integration in 2020. 

In addition to the FL940 we will also be adding cargo sensing and video telematics offerings to our portfolio as well as enhanced driver behavior analytics, scorecards, and driver coaching features.
